WBV Beter Wonen wijst woningen toe op basis van reacties op de geadverteerde woningen.

U kunt de beschikbare woningen bekijken en reageren op het woningaanbod. Afhankelijk van uw plaats op de kandidatenlijst ontvangt u, na het sluiten van de advertentie, een voorlopige woningaanbieding. Wilt u bericht ontvangen als er een passende woning beschikbaar is? Housing allocation

• Are more than one home seeker interested in the same home? Then the home seeker with the most points will be provisionally assigned the home; 
• If you do not accept the property, it will be offered to the next person in the ranking; 
• If multiple interested parties have the same number of points, a draw will determine who will be offered the house first; 
• If you end up as the first candidate for multiple homes, we will not take into account the order of your choices.

Have you received a provisional housing offer?
The preliminary offer letter that you will receive by e-mail describes with whom you can make an appointment for a viewing. View the property before the date indicated in the letter. If you are not interested in the property, you can indicate this on the website, stating the reason. 

If you are interested in the property, you can indicate this via the website. Submit the requested documents no later than the date stated in the provisional offer letter. The documents can be submitted at the office of Housing Association Beter Wonen, via the e-mail address  woondiensten@beterwonenhippo.nl  or uploaded to the website of Woonmatchkopnh. After receipt of the data, it will be assessed whether the provisional offer will become a definitive offer. You will then receive a message via e-mail. 

What information do you (and your partner) need to provide?

• A valid ID for each home seeker; 
• A recent extract from the Personal Records Database (BRP) with residential history, marital status and children moving with you. This can be requested from the municipality where you live and are registered (if you are a tenant of housing association Beter Wonen this is not necessary). It takes approximately 5 working days before you receive this document. This may differ per municipality; 
• Your most recent final tax assessment form or an income statement. Request this statement from the Tax Authorities (0800- 0543). Please note that it may take approximately five working days before you receive the income statement. This statement can also be requested digitally on the Tax Authorities website; 
• A valid landlord's declaration (if you rent a room or home from a private individual or another corporation);
• A recent statement from the mortgage provider if your current home is a mortgaged owner-occupied home.
