Are you a tenant of Woningstichting Anna Paulowna and are you leaving a home behind after moving?
Then you are entitled to 365 extra points if you respond to a home offered by Woningstichting Anna Paulowna. If you have indicated in your personal details that you are currently a tenant at Woningstichting Anna Paulowna, the points will automatically be added to your current points.

What happens after I have responded to a property offered by Woningstichting Anna Paulowna?
Once the registration date has passed, the first three to five people on the list will be invited to a group viewing via Woonmatch. You can go and view the house.

What happens after the group viewing?

  • After viewing the property, you can immediately indicate via Woonmatch whether you accept or reject the property. 
  • Also prepare the necessary documents at the same time. Via My details in Woonmatch you can safely upload all the necessary documents. 
  • Have you accepted and are you highest on the list? Then you will receive a provisional offer letter from Woningstichting Anna Paulowna. 
  • Important: If you wish to accept the property, please call Woningstichting Anna Paulowna on telephone number 0223 – 53 67 00 immediately after receiving the provisional offer letter to make an appointment (rental interview).

What information should I bring to the rental interview?

  • A valid form of identification for you (and your partner, if applicable).
  • A recent extract (maximum 3 months old) from the Personal Records Database (BRP) with residential history, marital status and children moving with you. This can be requested from the municipality where you live and are registered. It takes approximately 5 working days before you receive this document. This may differ per municipality. If you are already a tenant at Woningstichting Anna Paulowna, this is not necessary. 
  • Your most recent final tax assessment form or a statement of registered income. Request this statement from the Tax Authorities (0800 - 0543). Please note that it may take approximately five working days before you receive the income statement. You can also request your income statement digitally via the Tax Authorities website by logging in to My Tax Authorities;
  • If you are currently renting a room or home from a private individual or another corporation: a valid landlord's declaration.

Two-tenant policy for seniors
For the categories of one- and two-person households and families, there are still sufficient options (below the cut-off limits) to qualify for housing, despite the rule of appropriate allocation. However, this is not the case for senior housing. For this reason, Woningstichting Anna Paulowna uses the so-called 'two-rent policy' for this category of home seekers. This means that the rent for a senior housing for seniors entitled to housing benefit is reduced to the lowest cut-off limit. We also apply this policy to the rental of life-long homes in Breezand.

Please note:  If you accept the property, you will be deregistered.
If you have accepted a home, i.e. been definitively assigned, you will be deregistered as a home seeker in Woonmatch Kop van Noord-Holland after signing the rental contract. It is important that you register again afterwards.
